Available 24 hours a day for information, advice and referrals. The service is not bilingual. Service can, however, be provided in over 170 languages via a tele-interpreter service, including French.

To report abuse or safety concerns for seniors and other adults in publicly funded care facilities including hospitals, seniors' lodges, nursing homes, group homes and other supportive living settings. Services are not bilingual; however, a brochure is available in multiple languages, including French.
